Challenge
This customer wanted to replace their antiquated and inefficient AC-only ductless system with a new high-efficiency ductless heat pump.
Solution
Our tech team made the swap for these homeowners to a brand new, state-of-the-art Mitsubishi heat pump system that will heat and cool their home with precision. Our design team verified that the existing sizing was not sufficient to optimal comfort and proposed material solutions. These homeowners qualified for a Con Edison Clean Heat Rebate and saved $41,300 on this upgrade, paying only $1,500 out of pocket.
