What made you choose our company:

There is something to be said about feeling comfortable with the people working on your home. I purchased my home in February with a known mold issue. The person who did the mold test recommended this company to me. I also got quotes from other mold remediation companies. I have been surprised to find that many companies see a single woman and throw things up against a wall to see what will stick. That is not the experience I had at all with Rich and his crew. Rich spoke to me like a human being, explained each step in the process, and answered every question I had. His workers came in and did the same! Marcello and his coworker (I'm so sorry for forgetting his name) showed me each day what they did, walked me around the property to explain what they did, asked if I had any questions, and answered them. During one particularly heavy rainstorm, we noticed a leak in the basement. Marcello found the cause and told me exactly how to handle it and then brought an extra long ladder the next day to help fix it. Above and beyond. You can tell that these guys love their job. I appreciate the attentiveness that this company offered each step of the way! I would highly recommend! There simply aren't enough good words!
