New unit installed within 3 business days !!!!
Sales Process
Jay Mosquera & especially " Joe ", helped me in 2 minutes. Contract was signed minutes later. When I had questions, Jay ALWAYS picked up the phone on the 1st ring, and resolved any issues on the phone.
Our Installation Crew
3- man crew. One " lead mechanic" & two helpers. EXTREMELY nice / polite, and very knowledgeable
The Cleanup Process
The crew came with their own garbage bag , drop cloth for the floor. Left the house spotless !!!!

What made you choose our company:

I'm a DIY kinda person. Jack of all trades, master of none. Not scared to do a job myself. Got burned the " competion" in the past. Once burned, twice learned. I didn't get burned by this company. Prices to do job did not vary much. Inflation is the usual culprit. What really sealed the deal was how quickly my issue was resolved. You can't beat a 3-day turnaround !!!! I mean, who can do that ??? Order replacement unit, prep crew for job, completed job in less than 7 hours. Someone their is making sure the customer is the 1st prority...and it was proven. 10 stars all around !!!!!!
