This customer was intrigued by the idea of central AC, but found it out of their price range.
Solution
Our sales representative suggested a solution to get the customer what they wanted by qualifying them for the Con Edison Clean Heat Rebate program. By adding an additional piece of equipment, it actually cost the customer less for more.
