Challenge
This customer had a catastrophic failure of his existing oil boiler. Instead of replacing this boiler, this customer decided that he wanted to fully upgrade to an efficient system that had the capacity for both heating AND cooling.
Solution
Our design team took advantage of the customer's unfinished basement space and repurposed a small portion of it for a complete central system. This central system completely services the 1st floor of the home. Through the use of several ductless heads the 2nd level is maintained on the same system.
