Fully decommissioned furnace and forty gallon water heater and transferred to an electric hot water heater. This project increased the home's clean heat energy.
For this job, we removed all of the old insulation from the crawlspace and replaced it with cellulose, a much greener alternative to spray foam and finished with SilverGlo. After this job was finished, the customer was left with a house that was much better at holding in heat.

We replaced an old condenser unit with a new Mitsubishi Smart Multi Zone Heat Pump to provide our customer with efficient and clean energy.
In this home we removed the old, dirty, fiberglass insulation and replaced it fresh, clean, cellulose. We then topped the cellulose with a foam board that has an R-20 value and installed plywood on top of that in order to create a storage area in the attic.
